200:5 current transformer = 40:1 ratio.
1A on primary will induce 1/40 = 0.025A on the secondary. Short secondary through a 40ohm burden resistor, resulting in V=IR, 40*0.025 = 1V
Therefore, 1V per amp on secondary.
Max mains supply is 13A, therefore 13/40 = 0.325A. P = I^2R, = 4.225W, use a 5W resistor.
