Who would have thought that Naruto would finally come to and end, at episode 220 for that matter. I tend to visit Dattebayo’s tracker for my weekly fix of BLEACH and Naruto, and boy was I shocked when I saw Naruto Shippuuden listed.

The storyline has advanced by three years since episode 220, and Naruto has not only physically grown, but seems emotionally as well. The first double-episode drops quite a few hints at what’s in store, and the awesome opening scene of Sasuke about to slice Naruto’s head off, pretty much seals the deal!

The anime style seems a little different, better I’d say, and darker too. Sakura’s admiration of Naruto is an interesting twist - I wonder how they plan on playing this, but I’ve yet to see Hinata, wonder how she’s turned out ^^

2007 is set to be a fantastic year, and frankly I stopped watching Naruto from ep 210, so this gives me some incentive to watch the last ten episodes - yes, it was getting a bit boring, as the storyline [as usual] went off at a tangent.
