Happy Birthday, moi…
Yup I’m 24 today, but can’t say I feel that much older really. However, I do feel more pedantic than my usual self - a definite sign of ageing but I wonder if getting set in one’s ways at 24 is a good idea? Ah, c’est la vie!
I woke up late in the afternoon today after watching Behind Enemy Lines 2, The Devil Wears Prada and Snakes on a Plane yesterday. They were all pretty exciting movies - I wouldn’t personally purchase them on DVD but am for sure burning the DVDrips by aXXo onto DVD-R.
About an hour ago I popped into Labels, the largest importer for Alcohol in Sri Lanka, and ended up picking up a bottle of Moët et Chandon Brut Imperial, Moët et Chandon “Dom Pérignon”, 1998 vintage of course and Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. Also ended up grabbing some of the wines we enjoy and returned home.
Tonight we are hosting my Birthday dinner at the Spoons (Colombo, Hilton), just for the immediate family, and I got about two hours to kill in between so I think I’m going to put on another movie.
